What is How I Was Dumped?
Breakups happen. How I Was Dumped is a site dedicated to the stories of the poor souls who had their hearts stomped on. Here, they can rant all about how horribly they were dumped and get a few things off their chest. Maybe you take a lesson from their story, get an idea on how to dump someone, or just bask in someone else’s misery for a change.
What kind of breakup story should I submit to How I Was Dumped?
Any kind of story that makes you want to cry for the person getting dumped. We want the worst of the worst, whether it happened today or a while ago. No ‘one last kiss in the rain, crying and holding hands until we finally had to part ways’ stuff. You can find that in the romance section of your local video store (if you can still find one).
What if I did the dumping? Can I still submit a story?
Of course you can! Beware, you might not make many friends, but what do you care if you just handed your boyfriend/girlfriend their walking papers?!
I submitted my story. Why don’t I see it?
Well, we all thought the breakup sucked, but it wasn’t so bad. Take a virtual ((hug)) from us and get back out there! Just kidding! We probably just haven’t gotten to your story yet. But don’t worry, we aren’t leaving you in the dust like that jerk ex of yours, we’ll get to it, promise… Well, maybe… No, no, we promise… Okay, probably. Don’t blame us, we’ve got commitment issues!
