Red Flags
Red Flag 1: Percival was always leaving the room to make phone calls. I never had a reason to suspect anything, because he owned a business where he needed to stay in close contact with his partners.
Red Flag 2: Percival was always leaving on holidays. Every single time it was Valentine’s Day, President’s Day ( he KNEW this was my absolute favorite holiday), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and even Easter, I found him always having to leave on these business trips.
Fast forward 10 years. Percival and I have conceived a child, Promethius. Promethius and I were always left to eat a cold dinner, waiting for Percival to get home at night…who would not show up until at least 6 hours after he was supposed to be home.
Red Flag 3: I found receipts for kids toys, flowers, nighties, and even from adult store called adam and eve.com. I checked my credit card.
Fast forward 3 days. I tracked down the address and name of the person who was receiving these gifts from Percival. It turned out to be a woman. I called her.
Red Flag 4: I call this woman…I hear kids in the background asking if ”daddy is on the phone.” The woman says no. I explain to her who I am. We then realize, that Percival has TWO families!
I confront Percival. Fast forward another 3 hours and we are having a knock down, drag out fight, all in front of our precious Promethius. Percival punches me in the face, and Promethius calls the police! My nose was broken. My husband left me, and had another family with THREE other children!!!! I doubt anyone here can top that!
Now I am married to a WONDERFUL man who takes care of my son and I. I know KARMA will get Percival in the butt. Last time I heard, he had left this other woman, and had 2 more kids with some giant black woman named Shamae, who also happens to be a stripper at a hole in the wall bar.

This story is so outrageous as to be of doubtful authenticity. It is also written much like a grocery list which makes it a quick, but not very entertaining, read.
If you are a troll-learn to write a proper story.
If you are not a troll- glad you got found a more appropriate mate.

Yeah, I’m guessing this is fake and someone having a little fun (especially with those names – this is certainly someone who reads the comment section).
LMAO! Too funny. Promethus. eh? When you said that I knew it was fake. So your child is a caveman? This reaks of everything that is wrong in most of the posters’ stories! A troll, and not a convincing one must have wrote this! I’m thinking maybe Tunes or Chub wrote this. I don’t why.

It was worth reading just to be told that President’s Day is somebody’s “absolute favorite holiday.”
I thought it was relatively entertaining, but perhaps I am just *really* easily amused.

Ha! It actually wasn’t me. If it was I would’ve wrote a whole essay. lol. Although, James your name crossed my mind very briefly when I thought it was a troll, but it didn’t seem like your writing style. The verdict is still out as to whether or not it was Chub! If not, then the game is a foot!
Along with previously mentioned amusements about this story, I also find it interesting that it uses pretty much all the cliche annoying things we hate in stories but does not have initials for names. It would have been fitting.
Hey Lotus, I don’t know if you remember when I was substituting the most outlandish names I could think of for those annoying initials… but that’s why I said it MUST be a regular commenter that posted this. Maybe Brattus or Pixie?
